I held it up to the early morning sunlight and was delighted to see a deep amber with dark red highlights, no chips, no cracks, and BATSTO NJ 2 embossed on the bottom. \u00a0Apparently, this lovely glass commemorative pitcher #2 was made in Wheaton Village in 1980 for the Batsto Village Gift Shop from the red saw dust from the heartwood of a 150 year old red cedar tree that was milled at Batsto following a storm. \u00a0It stands 4 1\/2&#8243; tall and looks amazing when the sun shines through.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/listing\/696488159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Available for purchase at My Vintage Madness online shop.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I found this deep amber colored glass pitcher at the Columbus Farmer&#8217;s market while rummaging through boxes.
